A two-day working session for the CFO and their senior finance team — four to eight people. The team works through the FORGE™ diagnostic logic applied to their own organisation, the SCALE™ framework concepts, and ends with a prioritised action plan.

This is not a cheaper version of FORGE™. It is a different product. The team does the diagnostic work themselves with facilitation. The output is their own assessment of their function — which frequently surfaces the need for a full FORGE™ engagement because the team discovers how much they cannot see from the inside.

A half-day intensive for the CFO — alone or with their Deputy CFO. After a short Survey of what the organisation needs from finance, the session works the SCALE™ Clarity stage: Theory of Value Canvas and Allocation Matrix.

The CFO leaves with a draft finance strategy that either stands alone or becomes the foundation for a full SCALE™ engagement (Survey through Elevate). For CFOs who know what they want to build but need the space and the structure to build it.
