Started at PwC, then spent a decade inside First Global Bank on the control environment and the group's first shared-service finance organisation across banking, asset management, pensions, and unit trusts.

Ran finance for GraceKennedy Financial Group alongside that bank seat, then moved into listed-company work as Finance Director and Company Secretary at Carreras (BAT): Board rhythm, statutory reporting, and making finance useful to the business rather than only accurate after the fact.

Led GraceKennedy Foods finance in Jamaica, then took the US operation end to end after acquisition: integration first, then a leaner finance model so the team could run the business instead of drowning in transactional work.

At Cornerstone, held Group CFO, then Group COO and Deputy CEO while the group was built across Jamaica and the US, including Barita. Shared-service finance, systems, M&A integration, IT steering, and the operating platform. Still a director of Barita Merchant Bank.

Also served on the boards of Jamaica's National Water Commission and Dairy Industries Limited. Member of the AICPA. Licensed CPA, Washington State Board of Accountancy.
