Started at PwC, then spent a decade inside First Global Bank as CFO, building the control environment and the group's first shared-service finance organisation across banking, asset management, pensions, and unit trusts.

Ran finance as Divisional CFO for GraceKennedy Financial Group, then moved into listed-company work as Finance Director and Company Secretary at Carreras Limited (BAT), listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange: Board rhythm, statutory reporting, regulatory compliance, and making finance useful to the business rather than only accurate after the fact.

Led GraceKennedy Foods finance in Jamaica as Divisional CFO, then took the US operation end to end after acquisition as CFO of GraceKennedy Foods USA: integration from New Jersey, then a leaner finance model so the team could run the business instead of drowning in transactional work.

At Cornerstone, held Group CFO, then Group COO and Deputy CEO while the group was built across the Caribbean and the United States. Six functions reporting: Group Finance (40+ professionals), Group HR (300+ employees), Group Internal Audit, the Project Management Office, the IT Steering Committee, and the fintech business. Overhauled the finance structure end to end post-acquisition. Created the PMO from scratch. Established Group Internal Audit. Led the fintech business from Miami through to its launch in Jamaica. Barita Investments Limited, also JSE listed, was part of the group. Still a director of Barita Merchant Bank.

Led group transformation, restructuring initiatives, and navigated various regulatory engagements with financial regulators across the Caribbean and international markets.

Six CFO and Finance Director appointments across listed, regulated, and multi-jurisdictional environments — including CFO of GraceKennedy Foods USA. Three enterprise system implementations. Multiple M&A integrations from financial analysis through to operational consolidation.

Also served on the boards of Jamaica's National Water Commission (Director and Finance Committee Chair), Dairy Industries Limited (Director), and the Barita Foundation (Chairman). Member of the AICPA. Licensed CPA, Washington State Board of Accountancy. CSHRP Member and Subject Matter Expert.
